fundraiser carwash consider this...

While "parking lot" carwash fundraisers seem like a really great way to earn dollars for your organization, they are an environmentally unfriendly choice to make. Most of the water used is wasted as it flows into storm drains which are intended for rainwater only. This carwash water is contaminated with oil, gas, rust and brake dust as it flows untreated into rivers and the environment.

At Tumwater Auto Spa, approximately 95% of the carwash water is reclaimed and treated on site. Only a small amount is not reclaimed for use on the site however, this treated water is sent to the local sanitary sewer for further treatment before it is used again. The carwash water at Tumwater Auto Spa never makes it untreated into our local environment which makes it an environmentally friendly choice for your next carwash fundraiser!

Tumwater Auto Spa offers three options that will make your next "carwash" fundraiser successful. You can choose one option only or choose to do a combination:

Provide your supporters with our Buy-On-Site Support tickets. They will bring the tickets with them to the carwash and buy a carwash from us. Your organization will still get $3.00 for every carwash sold, but you do not have to pre-sell. Your supporters come directly to us, buy from us and we provide you with the fundraising funds after your fundraiser is over!

CARWASH FUNDRAISER OPTION 1

We provide your organization with a carwash marketing kit that includes everything you need to have a successful fundraiser.
There is no up-front money due. You pay Tumwater Auto Spa once your fundraiser is over.
Your organization sells our $6.00 Premium carwash passes for the retail price, however your organization only pays $3.00 for each pass. Your organization keeps $3.00 for each carwash pass sold.
For example, you sell 100 Premium carwash passes for $600.00. Your organization only pays $300.00 for the 100 carwash passes you sold. You just earned $300.00 for a carwash fundraiser and you didn't even have to get wet!

CARWASH FUNDRAISER OPTION 2

We provide your organization with a carwash marketing kit that includes everything you need to have a successful fundraiser.
There is no up-front money due. You pay Tumwater Auto Spa once your fundraiser is over.
Your organization pre-sells our "5 Carwash Cards" for the retail price. Premium cards retail for $25, VIP cards for $35 and Ultimate cards retail for $50. Your organization pays $20 for the Premium card, $30 for the VIP card, and $45 for the Ultimate card--you earn $5.00 for each card you sell!
For example, you sell 100 of the $25 Premium gift cards for $2500, but your organization only pays $2,000 for the wash cards. You just earned $500.00 for your fundraiser!

CARWASH FUNDRAISER OPTION 3

Provide your supporters with our Buy-On-Site Support tickets. They will bring the tickets with them to the carwash and buy a carwash from us.
Your organization will still get $3.00 for every carwash sold, but you do not have to pre-sell. Your supporters come directly to us, buy from us and we provide you with the fundraising funds after your fundraiser is over!
